The Pyrex lid is made from clear glass. The dish measures 9-3/4 square across the inside edge of the top rim, is 12 wide across the top from the outside edges of the handles, and is 4-1/4 tall. And with the lid it is approx. The dish is marked on the underside of one handle with 4 21 A-5-B 5 Liter. And the underside of the other handle is marked with Corning Ware ®. The lid is marked on one side near the outside edge with Pyrex ® A12C. And the other side is marked K 24. This dish has never been used and is in excellent condition. The only marks on it is from sitting in the cupboard and getting moved around. There are no marks on the inside.
