This piece is a Corning Ware jewel. I have many, many pieces, but this was the only L’Echalote I could find. It is a beautiful vintage one quart covered casserole dish made by Corning Ware in 1972. I do not see any chips, cracks, or blemishes on the dish, but please carefully look at the pictures. The bottom of the dish is stamped A-1-B. The dish measures 7″ D x 7″ W x 2 H.
