This is a rare Corning Ware A-1-B Spice of Life L’Echalote Casserole. It has the 278MA stamp and comes with a Pyrex A7C lid. It’s in like new condition. The only wear I can find is minimal marks on the bottom which come from normal shelf storage. It looks like it’s never been used. No chips or cracks.
