If dishes are presumed to be new they are expected to be free of defect save for slight storage wear to bottoms of dishes and/or minor manufacturing defects. Removing and repacking in original box may result in original box having original seals removed and subsequently re-taped. Most factory boxes will not be in perfect condition due to improper storage techniques by original owners.
