The owner of this item is 90 year old Helga Bregler. She was born in Stuttgart, Germany on June 16, 1934. Born in Nazi Germany to Theresa Bruckmeier (home maker) and her Father Ernst Bregler who was KIA, he was an Artillery Officer in the German Army. After the brutal war, she married an American GI and moved to the St Louis, Missouri area in 1952. She became an American citizen by 1960. Very lightly used, Helga does not remember using the set after 1974. She remembers this date because in 1974, Helga and her 4 year old son moved to Stuttgart, Germany for 2 years before returning to the states. The item has not been used and has been in storage since.
